For the preserved lemon, you can easily just replace it with lemon juice and a bit of extra salt, but it&#039;s also really easy to make your own preserved lemons with just olive oil and salt if you have the patience to wait for them to cure! Pomegranate molasses has an intense sweet and sour flavor that&#039;s hard to replicate, but you could use a mix of honey, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar for something sort of close.
