Katie your cocktail looks and sounds delicious! Much more tropical than your rum and cokes. Reading your post brought me back to the few vacations I've been fortunate enough to take in St Thomas and once even with my then 6 month old daughter and again when she was 7 or 8, the need for no passports and the pretty quick flight from the East coast, plus beautiful blue water and sandy beaches has given us reason to travel there more than once. Thanks for the trip down memory lane and your beautiful pictures, especially on this yet again snowy NY day.
