Also, it might be helpful to clarify what type of chorizo you used.  I&#039;m assuming you used the soft, Mexican style chorizo since you mentioned crumbling it up.  The hard, Spanish style chorizo is very different and I know that sometimes people don&#039;t know the difference.]]></description>
