Good catch! I’ve updated to include that step. I actually added most of the squash with the lamb, and it completely dissolved into the soup (which I was OK with), then added the last few spoonfuls just before serving so there were some pieces with texture.

This looks great. When do you add the squash back in? I may have missed it but didn’t see it added, and wouldn’t want them to get too overdone and mushy.
