I have only ever made large danishes before but never mini versions like these. Thanks for the great recipe, they definitely are a recipe that I must recreate!

These look lovely – I love the rough puff dough; I’ve never attempted a Danish thinking that the process was so complicated, but this looks and sounds very doable!
