I think they're medium-level accessible. They aren't super easy 20 minute recipes that you make in one pot, but they also aren't four-part sagas with hard-to-find ingredients. Although I might not recommend it to a beginner cook, if you cook regularly, my guess is that you'll be fine with them!

I'm always on the hunt, too, for Indian dishes that taste authentic but don't require me to have a crazy expertise in Indian cooking (I don't, sadly). This looks absolutely perfect! I have a ton of recipes for Butter Chicken bookmarked, but this one looks the best of all of them! Going on the menu for next week! Thanks!

I've seen this book in a lot of places online, and considered buying it. My only reservation is that I'm worried the recipes will be too complicated/labor intensive/difficult-to-find ingredient intensive, like a Thomas Keller cookbook that looks great but isn't used very often. Are the recipe accessible? The butter chicken looks amazing! Thanks for sharing.
