Quick question with this recipe- when you say set aside half of the spice mix, is that for a later use in the recipe at all? Or by set aside, do you mean store away? Thanks

I love middle eastern cooking and really like the sound of this book. I’ve got a couple of books already though and don’t use them nearly as much as I should. I will keep an eye out for it though.
