This looks stunning Katie! Sorry to hear that Trev was away on Valentine’s day but as you said… it’s such a good opportunity to share love and time with everyone we love, not just romantic partners :) I was lucky enough to go on a picnic with my hubby last night. He hates Valentine’s day (as he thinks it’s overly commercialised, which I guess I agree with) so it was extra special that he wanted to do something this year. Thanks for this lovely granola recipe.
