Made this tonight, very tasty. I did add 1 extra cup liquid and abt 2/3 of recommended precooked egg noodles (dry). maybe type noodles made difference in using less? No problem though as can just add enough to your liking. Highly recommend!

I live in GA and have not heard of this cookbook… it looks awesome! I’ll definitely be trying out this recipe the next time we have some mustard greens growing on our farm.

Wow, this soup looks out of control amazing! Love the fat homemade noodles, lamb meatballs, mustard greens, and parmesan on top. All the recipes from that book sound superb, too. Love your photos.
