One was not food-blogger specific, so that was a little tricky, but some good basics were covered and it was less commercialized. The other was a fun day at Stonewall Kitchen, which I really enjoyed. I liked the shorter length of the one-day programs, but the material was targeted more at beginners – so what you would enjoy is likely dependent on your level of experience!
