Great way to cook squash quickly! I was frantically looking for something since I was running late …LOL
Here’s what I normally do with acorn squash ;-) (ball-park, since I normally wing it and don’t follow a recipe ;-) )

Woah, how funny – I’ve never even seen (or heard of) acorn squash before! Great idea doing sausages in the oven with the veg though, will have to give this a go (maybe with butternut squash/pumpkin?)…
