Wow… I am so, so envious of your gorgeous garden. Such a wonderful glut of produce! Sorry to hear about the spattering of disappointments (particularly the ravaged peaches!) but happy to see the table full of success :) This panzanella looks so beautifully fragrant, fresh and delicious. I have a few planter pots on my balcony with fresh herbs and a half wine barrel that I’m hoping to plant full of heirloom tomato seeds. Fingers crossed I may be able to make this dish with home-grown produce (from my apartment!) by the end of Summer. Bring on September and spring time (I’ve had enough of freezing to death in this winter chill!) xx

This is the second year my squash have up and died on me, and my peppers have all rotted on the plant. And oh yeah, the one eggplant I’ve gotten so far!
