Le Pain Quotdien is one of those lovely chains that you can be assured of a good meal, and I had no idea they had a cookbook! I’ll definitely have to look into it as this time of year screams for hearty salads and other dishes that ask for minimal stove-cooking time.

I love Le Pain Quotidien, I stop in at least a few times a week for their arugula and goat cheese salad. It sounds like the recipes from the cookbook are a bit more intricate than the simple fare that they serve at the restaurant, I’ll have to pick up a copy the next time that I’m there!
