These were great. I’m glad I took the time to also make the aioli and pickled cucumbers, it was worth it. I did skip the buns though and served this in lettuce wraps. This was so good I am making it again to take to a work meeting.

Oh my goodness, this is an incredibly drool inducing post. You may have driven me to eat a burger for lunch, but it will surely not be a patch on these beauties. They look amazing! The sriracha aioli, a definite must have. BLARG! Can’t stop perving on these!
