This is my most used pin on Pinterest by far. I made the eggs and cake for Christmas one year and it was such a hit. The cake has been requested a few times, but my dad requests the eggs for every special brunch occasion now – Father’s day, birthday, etc. He loves eating them cold for lunch the next day too!

Is it just my printer or do others have difficulty getting your recipes to print darkly enough to be able to read them? The light grey type on the webpage is fine to read on a device but it doesn’t seem to translate to the printed page very well.

Amazing article!! I made the eggs and the cake for Christmas and my family loved it! I decorated the cake with holly and I especially loved the crumb topping. I had so much trouble finding the perfect brunch idea that I waited until the 23rd to decide when i stumbled upon this article. couldn’t find chives for the eggs so I used green onion instead but because I wasn’t making everything it was perfect for a last minute idea and I love that I could make the cake the night before.

In reply to Sherri Kelly. Hi Sherri - no cranberries in the citrus salad. There's a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds in the picture that I used as garnish though!
