So glad you made it… and enjoyed it! If duck weren’t so expensive I would make it more, although I agree that pork might be a good substitute!

Thank you for sharing this awesome recipe! All I can say is YUM! I found frozen duck legs in the freezer section of Whole Foods much to my surprise. I couldn’t decide whether to do tacos or enchiladas and in the end decided on tacos. I served with warm corn tortillas, cilantro, and diced avocado, with an arugula salad on the side. The habanero cream sauce was just wonderful. Yes, worth the effort for sure, and I too think would work with pork.
