I bet that flavor combination is amazing! In South Korea, we have mandu dumplings. There are the small ones, like these, packed with pork or kimchi, and then there’s a type that’s absolutely HUGE! It’s called Wong Mandu and each one is a bit bigger than the palm of my hand. Imagine! Giant potstickers!

Oh maaaan, I am so impressed by the homemade wrappers! Gyoza are my favourite here in Japan, and the apple ginger chutney sounds like it would be awesome with a roast squash filling too. STOP ME.
