I know, it’s such a struggle! My eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach, but I hate having to throw food away. I started composting a few months ago and it’s made me feel infinitely less guilty about produce waste, although that’s probably not a good mindset for my wallet… thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful photos! And such a nice combination of flavors. Had to laugh at your “sometimes when I’m surrounded by beautiful produce I forget that I’m only one person” line. We used to go to a struggling farmers market near our house and I’d be wanting to buy just everything from everybody to help out. And my husband would say: “There are only two of us. We can’t keep every farmer in business.” Though we did try.
