					<description><![CDATA[I love ginger cookies and have an affinity for each type of cookie on the spectrum. Whether ginger snaps or chews, I tend to like mine intensely spicy. I&#039;ve had Joanne Chang&#039;s recipe on my list for a while, as I think it will create a really chewy cookie (if not over-baked in the slightest). If you need something to hold you over, I had the soft molasses cookie at Clear Flour last week, and it was pretty perfect. I think you&#039;d like it!]]></description>
