					<description><![CDATA[I have been meaning to make pappa al pomodoro since we had it seemingly everywhere on our trip to Tuscany almost 5 years ago.  (gulp; it&#039;s been that long?).  It&#039;s so simple and delicious it&#039;s ridiculous that I haven&#039;t been making this regularly.  Thanks for the reminder; lovely photos too!]]></description>
