Very Nice! I would love to have access to fresh wasabi!!! I have however used western freshly grated horseradish and a small amount of powdered mustard which closely replicates the “experience” although not the flavor. Thanks for the post. Gonna try this one.

I am going to have to check out that Radically Simple cookbook. Sweet and Spicy combos are my favorite. Pretty soup.
