I also added a handful of fresh cilantro when I blended the chiles (and used poblanos instead). I thought the enchiladas were way to mushy, but used the rest of the sauce on sauteed onions, poblanos and shrimp, sprinkled on a little Monterrey Jack and put it under the broiler.
