Your recipe calls for the coconut topping to be placed in the freezer for 1/2 an hour to set, at the end of step 1. However, during step 4 you say, remove the topping from the fridge. Does the topping go in the fridge or the freezer?

I JUST made this pie yesterday and I loved it. In fact, I submitted it in our annual family Easter pie contest and it won! The only thing I did differently was make 1.5x the crumb topping and add a bit more butter to the topping (4 TBS total) so everything stuck a bit more. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe. I thought the sweetness and tartness was perfect and there was just enough coconut. SO glad I have a crust already made for another one! Oh, and I used quality frozen blueberries and it turned out great.
